Marwan Kharoufeh

Marwan Kharoufeh

Marwan has extensive industry and teaching experience in the area of Information Technology Networking.

As a "Cisco Certified Network Associate" and "Cisco Certified Academy Instructor", he has advanced skills in Virtualization, Networking and Switching/Routing. His passion for teaching and innovation make him an effective leader and communicator. Marwan has ongoing involvement with curriculum plus training and assessment development.

Marwan’s has maintained his industry currency with his work as a Network Consultant, Design and Administration for – LAN Communication Technology and providing system support and management for small to medium enterprise.

Arif Qureshi

Arif Qureshi

Arif has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. His educational qualifications include Master of Science, Bachelor of Science (Honours), Diploma of Information Technology (Network Engineering), and Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.

Arif has kept up-to-date with cutting edge technology by completing a range of industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate Security, Cisco Certified Professional – CCVP, Cisco Certified Network Associate – CCNA, CNA-Security and Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCNA).

One of the most rewarding industry experiences for Arif was his involvement with the Sydney 2000 Olympics as a volunteer. Arif strongly believes in lifelong learning and provides his students with the skills to work in a dynamic and ever evolving IT industry.

Jeannie Thomas

Jeannie Thomas

Jeannie Thomas is an Information Management Consultant and has over 10 years specialising in Web development and Document management for the Local Government and State Government industries. With experience in web and software development life-cycle models and sound knowledge of new technologies, she brings with her a balanced approach to apply such technologies to satisfy organisational business models. Her professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm has ensured a high level of customer satisfaction by providing enhancements to business processes to improve access to and sharing of information, along with efficiency gains for the business.

In 2013 she combined her technical knowledge, enterprise IT training with empathy toward end-users and began a part-time TAFE teaching role in Digital Media & Technology for WSI. Her IT skills include: Project Management for Web, Business Analysis, Training and Change Management, Mentoring and Teaching.

Her most recent project outside of teaching was a business analyst role for an EDRMS project within State government.
