- Getting Started
- Financial Assistance
Each year, TAFE NSW sets a schedule of affordable government subsidised fees, across the range of its courses and qualifications – from Statement of Attainment and Certificate level courses to Advanced Diplomas.
TAFE NSW also offers concession fees and exemptions from the enrolment fee for courses where the TAFE NSW fee applies. Some courses may have additional charges which cover the cost of practicals, consumables or basic tools related to your study.

TAFE National Scholarships
TAFE National Scholarships are provided through the TAFE Directors Australia National Scholarships Foundation which was established in 2013 by TAFE Directors Australia (TDA). The scholarships include equity scholarships, known as Mick Young Scholarships, and merit scholarships, known as TAFE National Achievement Scholarships.
The purpose of Mick Young Scholarships is to assist students experiencing financial hardship to achieve employment related qualifications through study with TAFE.
TAFE National Achievement Scholarships recognise outstanding performance in vocations that are vital to industry and communities.
Both sets of scholarships are available to prospective and existing TAFE students throughout Australia.
