Getting Started

You may apply for recognition of a single unit or groups of units up to 100% of a qualification. You can apply at any time. However it is best to make your applications as early as possible after enrolment.

Applying for Credit

To apply for credit in one or more units of your chosen course you must clearly show that you have the equivalent and relevant skills, knowledge and experience of the unit or group of units.

Evaluate your skills before enrolling in training at TAFE NSW. You can complete an online RPL self-assessment, which will assist in determining what skills you have and the gap training you may need to get your qualification.
