A hands on workshop for hobby farmers and small farm owners with an interest in getting started with sheep. This course will provide an introduction to sheep care, handling, and mustering in pens and paddocks

A hands on workshop for hobby farmers and small farm owners. This introductory course will give you the skills to handle and muster sheep in pens and paddocks.

Participants are provided with a booklet.

This course is part of our Small Farm Series, which cover a range of topics including fencing, weed control, soils, farm management, irrigation, ,tractor maintenance, orchard maintenance, vegetable growing, and care and feeding of sheep, cattle, alpacas, goats and chickens.

Students need to wear safety boots, long trousers, covered shoes, boots, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen.
