The Hills College, Baulkham Hills Campus
This course is a legal requirement for staff that are working or seeking employment in gambling areas of licensed premises including hotels and clubs. It provides the skills and knowledge required to identify the impact of problem gambling on the community and how to deal with the problems associated with excessive gambling.
Additional costs may apply for licenced courses which require accreditation by an external agency. Please refer to the Course Information Leaflet for further details

If during or after your enrolment, the course in which you are enrolled is updated in line with national industry standards, the Institute reserves the right to transition you into an alternate course. If this becomes necessary, the Institute will advise you of the change and the arrangements which will be available for you to complete your alternate course.
Participants must be at least 17 years of age or older. Please be aware that you cannot work in a licenced premise until you are 18 years of age.
Credit (or recognition) for modules/units may be granted based on previous learning, studies, work and/or life experiences. Please discuss this with the teaching section when you enrol.
This course is for people working in or wanting to work in licensed premises that offer gaming services
