This course provides the skills and knowledge required to scope and manage a project. You will learn to plan resources, implement training and development and managing the project team.

The course also covers risk and procurement, project life cycle and how to align and track project objectives to comply with organisational goals, strategies and objectives.

This course is relevant to all who are responsible for managing and leading a project in an organisation, business or as a consultant.
