This Statement of Attainment in Inbound Operations course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to be successful in applying for a job in a Tourism enterprise focused on inbound operations. You will learn how to research data, understand distribution channels, prepare quotations for export markets, process documentation for the client and industry and gain a good knowledge and understanding of Australian inbound destinations.

This qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge to be competent in a range of well developed Tourism Inbound operational skills.

The work would be undertaken in an inbound operations tourism office where the planning, operational development and finalisation of customers travel and touring arrangements takes place.

Individuals who successfully complete this qualification are able to work for Tourism Inbound Operators that cover or specialise in leisure and/or corporate Inbound Tourism.

Full Time: 13 hours per week x 4 Weeks

Wed and Frid, 6.5 Hrs/day, 9 am to 4 pm. The delivery is predominantly College based. Some classes may require site visits to an Inbound Operations Enterprise. Most Tourism Inbound Operators are located in the Sydney CBD or North Sydney.
