This advanced course follows the 'Introduction to Feline Behaviour' seminar and
shows participants how to assess cat behaviour and to modify problem behaviours
often seen by Feline Behaviour Consultants.
This seminar is aimed at providing highly technical and advanced information to
people working with cats. It is recommended that participants attend the
Introduction to Feline Behaviour before attending the advanced seminar.
This seminar is for those seeking an in-depth knowledge of cat behaviour and behavioural management.
It is strongly recommended that students attend course 28480 Introduction to Feline Behaviour - what are cats thinking prior to attending this seminar.
The course introduces you to the work of a Feline Behaviourist and will show you how to observe and interpret feline behaviour. Students will be shown techniques to use in assessing behaviour and modifying common problem behaviours. This course aims to provide highly technical and advanced information in a comprehensive way for people who don''t have a PhD. People working with cats, or with an interest in behaviour, behavioural consultants and behaviour enthusiasts will all benefit from attending this course.
Presenter is Rosalie Horton BAnSc (Behaviour). Rosalie is Senior Animal Behaviourist with Animal Welfare League NSW. Rosalie is a fully qualified animal scientist, behaviourist, vet nurse, animal trainer and zookeeper.
