Customer Feedback and Surveys
At Western Sydney Institute (WSI), we are committed to continuously improving the quality of our products and services and to providing excellence in customer service. To enhance your learning journey with us and to help you achieve your educational goals, we welcome your compliments, suggestions and complaints.
Each year, WSI students provide feedback through the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) Learner Engagement Survey and employers complete the Employer Satisfaction Survey. WSI graduates and students who have successfully completed part of a course in Vocational Education and Training (VET) are also invited to participate in the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) Student Outcome Survey.
In 2015, the findings of the NCVER survey included:
- Approximately 89% of graduates were satisfied overall quality of training provided by WSI. This outcome was higher than the average for all government funded VET providers across Australia.
- 67.6% of WSI graduates reported being employed 6 months after completing training and 36.3% were enrolled in further study.
- 54% of WSI graduates had improved employment status after training.
