WSI Powers Up for Sustainability

OTEN solar panel system 20kW

Western Sydney Institute has installed 12 solar electric (PV) systems on its rooftops to date, with a combined capacity of 200 kW, generating around 288,500 kWh of electricity per year. This clean energy source avoids 262 tons of greenhouse gas being generated each year that would have otherwise come from coal-fired electricity.

WSI is proud to showcase its solar electricity systems as it believes in clean energy sources are vital for the future- which is one reason we have great courses for people who want to learn trades in solar electricity installations, along with a range of other courses designed to equip people in the rapidly expanding 'green collar' workforce.
